Our Return Policy
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase from
eurogrocer.com. Our pre-shipping quality control process ensures that every product
shipped from our warehouse is in perfect condition. However, if you are not
happy with the products you have received, or the products have arrived
damaged or spoiled, please follow the return procedure described below.
Non-Perishable products may be returned within 7 days of receipt
if they have not been opened and are still in their original packaging.

Perishable products cannot be returned unless you have received them
damaged or spoiled. If in a rare event a perishable product was delivered damaged or spoiled
please contact us immediately and we will be happy to issue a refund or an exchange.
