Located in Tuscany, the Albereto estate forms a boundary with the unspoiled forest surrounding Badia a Coltibuono. Olives are harvested from the olive groves located 1550 feet above sea level and immediately pressed from three olive varieties: frantoio, leccino, pendolino. This harvest yields an extra virgin olive oil with a rich green color, a spicy scent and a bursting peppery aftertaste. Albereto extra virgin olive oil is unfiltered and USDA certified organic.
