Here you'll find dried Porcini, Chanterelle and Morel mushrooms from France, pickled Nameko, Shiitake and Porcini mushrooms, as well as the delightfully intense mix of dried forest mushrooms that are excellent in stews and soups. The Truffles section contain such gems of nature like whole black summer truffle in its own juice, flavor packed white or black truffle puree made with authentic Italian truffles, and let's not forget gourmet premium butter flavored with white or black truffles, excellent on steak and pasta.
