This fabulous oil is a mix of oils from three varieties of olives - exactly 60% Picual olives with 20% Hojiblanca and 20% Arbequina olives. When referring to extra virgin olive oil in Spain, 'Coupage' means mixed. It is an olive oil specifically created from olives grown and pressed on the Castillo de Tabernas estate for those who have a palate for intense notes of flavour. It has been created with the intention of placing Castillo de Tabernas as makers of one of the finest extra virgin olive oils in the world. It is perfect with delicate fish and seafood because it lends its beautiful aromas of red apple, almonds and spice without masking, and softens with its silky texture.
