Only whole organic grains and pure spring water are fed to the birds: no protein supplements, added poultry or fish bi-products, no pesticides and herbicides. Additionally no antibiotics, no growth hormones, no arsenicals and no artificial light are permitted at any time. The result is a poultry with great flavor, tenderness and a 25% lower fat content than standard commercially raised turkey.
