This delicious Spanish organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from 100% Arbequina varietal olives. It is delicate, fruity and sweet with a clean, bright deep golden color. It's slightly almond taste is directly attributable to the local practice of planting almond trees among the olive, a traditional deterrent to insect infestation in northern Spain. Its recommended uses are for salads, soups, on cooked vegetables or fish and most hot dishes.
